HEY!

The sun, sea water and dry wind must have left souvenirs on your hair. We usually want to do away with them as soon as possible. Check how to care for hair to bring back its beautiful looks and prime it for the winter. Discover the best autumn and winter treatments.

SUMMER HAIR SOUVENIRS

Souvenirs are awesome, making us remember nice summer moments, places we’ve visited and people we’ve met. Postcards, shells, pieces of jewellery are so. What about extremely dry and damaged hair? This is another summer remembrance. Luckily, most of you want to get rid of such souvenirs as fast as possible. That’s a good thing! After spending vacation in warm countries, hair’s dry and dull, thinning, has (unwanted) highlights and split ends. In this case, you should nourish the scalp, too. How?

AUTUMN-WINTER HAIR TREATMENTS
  • Cut!
Don’t cry or worry… trimming hair is the best you can do. Don’t wait until ends start splitting into more than two parts, get dry and more prone to damage. You should cut tips down when you grow long hair, too. Sounds strange? Believe me, it makes sense. Cutting a few inches, you prevent further and serious destruction. New hair will grow prettier and stronger.
  • Tricks
Introduce a few rules into your daily haircare routine. Wash hair with a mild shampoo, massaging the scalp for two minutes. In this way you increase blood flow, purify the scalp and relax. While washing shampoos and conditioners off, use tepid water to close cuticle scales for hydration and smoothness. Don’t use warm water because it stimulates sebum glands and causes oiliness.
  • Diet
Complement your diet with vitamins, micro-nutrients and fatty acids. They’ll make your hair reinforced, better-looking and resistant to damage. Moreover, your nails and skin will be healthier.
