Cosmetics from Kumano: shampoo, conditioner and Shikioriori Tsubaki essence

Hi,

I have always been a huge fan of oil-based cosmetics. When I saw the entire collection of Japanese products with Tsubaki oil content in my local drugstore, I knew I had to have them. I am talking about products from Kumano brand –  Shikioriori Tsubaki series. How did they work on my hair? Let’s find out.

Shikioriori Tsubaki series from Kumano

The new series from Kumano Cosmetics incudes: moisturising-regenerating shampoo and conditioner, intense regenerating therapy and regenerating essence. They come in dark-red packaging with easy-to-use applicators. Thier capacity starts from 230 ml and ends with 600 ml. The cosmetics from Shikioriori Tsubaki will definitely last for a long time.

How does Kumano Tsubaki oil work?

Tsubaki oil is obtained from Japanese camellia – a shrub with pink and dark red flowers. The product is hypoallergenic which is why it can be used by people with sensitive and delicate skin. It provides moisturising and regenerating substances. It restores glow and makes the hair healthy-looking. Tsubaki oil cleanses the scalp and protects it from harmful effects of sun radiation. The product also comprises fatty acids, squalene, polyphenols, UV filter as well as A, B and E vitamins. In Asia, it has been used in hair and skin care for ages.

How to use Shikioriori Tsubaki cosmetics?

I like to use the products twice a month. Why? Longer and more often hair treatment with the use of these cosmetics can overburden the hair and lead to oiliness. Nevertheless, each time I use it, I start with washing my hair with the shampoo and rinse it. Onto a towelled-dry hair, I apply the conditioner or the intensively regenerating cosmetic. After a few minutes, I rinse the hair with lukewarm water and blowdry my hair. I apply the Shikioriori Tsubaki essence to the dry wisps and style the hairdo.

Have you ever used Shikioriori Tsubaki from Kumano Cosmetics? Which one is your favourite? Do you like the effects of Tsubaki oil?
