Dreaming of Long Hair? The Rosemary Rinse Works!

I know your dreams. I am one of the women who dream of thick hair and beautiful hairstyles. Although there are exceptions, long hair is a way of enhancing good looks for most women.

Long hair gives more possibilities. To me, short haircuts are very limiting. The longer the hair, the more hairstyles you can create. I have an impression that long strands enhance facial features and look more feminine.

ACTION: long hair in 30 days!

I decided to grow my hair long. What is more, I defined the time frame to see if a quick hair growth is possible to achieve. I have tested castor oil, Placo Placenta scalp ampules and a few drugstore conditioners that theoretically boost growth. Sadly, most of them let me down. My hair got a bit stronger but it was not what I had expected…

After trials and a lot of effort… I finally stumbled upon the best hair growth booster – perfect for DIY. Do you want to know how to stimulate the natural hair growth? It is possible! See it for yourself 🙂

ROSEMARY HAIR AND SCALP RINSE

The best hair growth rinse that you can make at home!

The recipe for the rosemary rinse is very easy. You need a few rosemary sprigs and boiling water. Pour the rosemary with boiling water, cover with a lid and infuse for 15 minutes. Next, drain and cool down the rinse.

Rosemary is known for its interesting properties. It is popular in cooking.

Hair benefits of using rosemary:

  • increases blood flow to the scalp, stimulating growth;
  • nourishes and strengthens bulbs thus prevents hair thinning;
  • controls sebum secretion so hair is not as greasy;
  • has strong anti-dandruff and purifying properties;
  • may gently darken hair.

I recommend using the ready-made rosemary rinse after every hair wash. Rinse hair and scalp with the mixture, massaging the scalp with circular movements. Both rosemary and the scalp massage increase blood flow which affects the growth. After using the mixture, you can rinse the hair out with tepid water. I avoid it because I want the rosemary to sink in my hair.

Effect? Healthy, shiny, voluminous and longer hair!
