How to boost hair growth? My 5 tried & tested methods

Hello, girls!

Today, I’m going to tell you how I managed to quickly grow my hair long. I used to think that it’s impossible to speed up hair growth because hair has its natural growth cycle and one can do nothing about it. I was wrong. For example, hair grows slowly when it’s damaged or when there are impurities on the scalp and hair follicles. Stress, smoking and poor diet can inhibit hair growth. I was forced to grow my hair after I was talked into a short “hot” haircut… It didn’t go with my face shape. It didn’t go with anything… Seriously. A total failure. I felt like wearing a hat all the time.

I came to a conclusion that I had to do sth… quickly. I had 2 months to do sth about my hairdo before an important family party. I didn’t want to look like a freshly plucked chicken in the family album.

I was determined.

No excuses.

Now, I know how to successfully grow hair long.

Following 5 simple rules is the key to success.

Focus!

  1. Cleansing the scalp – remove everything that can disturb hair growth or clog hair follicles. You must use a delicate cleansing shampoo to remove all impurities, toxins, hair product build-up. The more natural the shampoo, the healthier the scalp and hair.
  2. Speaking of shampoos… Remember to use a suitable, mild, SLS-free shampoo enriched with hair nourishing and repairing ingredients. In this way, you’ll keep your hair and scalp healthy.
  3. Oil, oil and oil your hair!
The best way for growing strong and healthy hair is oiling with natural oils. The most important rule: oils must be natural and paraben-free so you can apply them to the scalp. It’s the only way to let the oils penetrate hair bulbs, forcing them to work and produce new hair.
  4. Sateen bed sheets? Yes, please!
It isn’t flight of fantasy. Sateen is soft and smooth so your hair won’t get tangled while you’re asleep. Goodbye tangles and weakened hair bulbs! 🙂
  5. Don’t torture your hair! In other words, don’t weigh it down with hairstyling products. Don’t use hot airflow of the dryer. Protect your hairdo from the sunlight. Take care of hair ends!

Good luck with growing your hair long! 🙂
