The Best Hair Silk. Subjective Comparison of 3 Products

Do you use hair silk?

If not, you must check out the best hair products in this category. I’m presenting (in my opinion) the best liquid silks for hair.

I believe that every girl should have hair silk in her beauty bag. It’s a universal and very interesting product that lets us effortlessly style and beautify the hair. Thanks to silk, I’ve saved my hairdo many times. And for a quite reasonable price!

What are the benefits of using hair silk?

This small and very cost-effective product fulfils lots of roles, regardless of the brand. If you use it regularly, it delivers silky (key word!) smoothness, shine and suppleness. It defrizzes hair, eases combing and keeps strands from tangling during blow-dry routine. It’s among the best hairstyling cosmetics that protects hair from heat.

THE BEST HAIR LIQUID SILKS

Biosilk Silk Therapy

The cheapest and most effective silk in the review. Biosilk got famous thanks to its silk leave-in hair conditioner. It contains pure silk and nourishing panthenol. You don’t have to rinse it out. Interestingly, you can use it to moisturise the scalp. Biosilk Silk Therapy smells amazing and is extremely cost-effective. Two drops are enough to smooth long hair.

Biovax Silk

Biovax Silk works in a similar way. It used to be available with a bit different packaging and name yet the ingredients stayed the same. This one is the most expensive in my review. For a standard 15 ml bottle, you pay twice as much as for the other two products. The composition is full of silicones and fragrances but there’s also silk and panthenol.

CHI Silk Infusion

And last but not least, the silk complex for rebuilding hair. It’s also a leave-in and long-lasting product, free from alcohols. CHI Silk works great as a blow-dry primer. It’s a liquid silk made up mainly of silk proteins. Silicones, panthenol and minerals (e.g. zinc, silicate, titanium) are among the extra components. When it comes to the composition, the cosmetic contains the largest number of additives.
