TOP kitchen products for hair reinforcement

Days and nights we dream about having beautiful, long and healthy hair. Most often, however, we stay with a handful of hair that falls out after each brushing. I also had this problem, but fortunately, it was an unpleasant past that I left behind.

In this post, I would like to share my methods for strengthening hair. Effective, natural and simple to introduce to your daily routines. And the most interesting, in this review, there were no preparations for thinning hair.

In most guides, you will find information about DIY cosmetics for thinning hair. Of course, you can apply different types of masks, oils or conditioners. They are a great support for our hair. I use it at least once a week since I noticed increased hair loss. And you know what? They help.

My ultimate favourite homemade hair masks for hair loss

  1. Egg mask – an egg is the source of vitamins A, B, D, E, H and micronutrients, including: phosphorus, sulphur, magnesium, potassium, sodium, manganese, zinc, copper, silicon, chlorine, iodine, fluorine and iron. This prevents hair loss, strengthens and deeply nourishes it.
How to make it? Mix the yolks with your favourite oil and apply to the scalp. Cover with a towel and wash off after about 15 minutes.
  2. Black radish mask – the root of black radish mainly regenerates hair bulbs, prevents hair loss, improves microcellular circulation, reduces seborrhea and dandruff, and fully supports weakened hair.
How to make it? Mix the grated black radish root with a favourite oil. Apply to the scalp. Cover with a towel and rinse thoroughly after about a quarter of an hour.
  3. Garlic mask – despite the smell of garlic, it is very beneficial as it is a natural antibiotic, rich in volatile sulphur compounds, essential oils, fibre, vitamins and sugars. It strengthens the hair and stimulates its growth.
How to make it? Crush two garlic cloves and rub them into the scalp at least once a week. Leave for about 20 minutes and then wash your head thoroughly.

In addition to the standard support from the outside, it is worthwhile to introduce some natural ingredients to your diet. They can enrich our body with protein and iron, the two substances necessary for the growth of our hair. I recommend looking for products like:

  • red meat,
  • chicken,
  • almonds,
  • dark green vegetables,
  • wholemeal products.
